Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on all select custom packages delivered
within the continental of the United States only.
Free shipping in the US is available to all states excluding Puerto
Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping charges will incur per delivery origin on a product by product
basis. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in case of
a refund or exchange and agrees to follow our return policy procedures
and guide lines. Custom Super Store is not responsible for any after market
or none standard rims purchases. Customer must verify his order fit to
his vehicle prior to purchasing.
For international shipping, customer will be fully liable and
responsible for all duties and taxes requirements set forth by his
local, state or country regulations and policies. Please check with your
local government agency for additional duties or taxes rates and other
fees that may incur for international transactions from the United

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct

only; or a personal check. Personal check will delay your order as we
must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you
are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your
receipt of the goods, an exchange may be issued.
If a refund is issued, the total amount credited to your account will be
the total amount of the purchase excluding other fees such as shipping
charges deducted by 25% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges on any
custom, special orders or non standard Rims or Wheels will be issued.
All sales are final for these types of orders. Client is responsible in
verifying proper fitment for the vehicle prior to placing the order
online. An exchange is issued for items that are faulty or damaged on
delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers
receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully
repackaged in their original packing. If you need to return or exchange
an item, please call (305)-944-4323 for a Return Authorization Number.
We will accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Only unused product
that has not been driven on is eligible for return or exchange. Please
follow the return check list and guide line to ensure that no shipping
damage will occur.
Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated base on the following rules:
Tires will be credited at total charged amount less all freight,
delivery charges and 25% restocking fees incurred
Wheels will be credited at total charged amount less all freight,
delivery charges and 25% restocking fees incurred. Wheels that have had
tires mounted will not be elagible for a refund. Please test fit wheels
prior to mounting tires. Wheels and Tire Packages will be credited at
total charged amount less freight, delivery charges and labor charge for
dismounting the package. Special Order Items are not returnable. Sales
on special order items are final. Orders shipped via Federal Express or
UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Client is
responsible for all shipping charges that may incur during a return or
exchange on any products back to Custom Super Store
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Custom Super Store
Customer Service Department at (305)-944-4323. We will report the damage
to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be
completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper
will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Custom
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the
warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy
to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other
than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties,
express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note
of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the
customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication.
Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our
published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in
price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your
order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by
phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we
will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with
confidentially, and effectively.
